These terms explain use of aersight.global and the general basis of our property-intelligence services. A request for information, sample report or quotation does not itself place an order. The property, deliverables, price, payment arrangements, timescale and any project-specific conditions must be set out in the written quotation or service agreement before work is commissioned. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
2. What our services provide
AerSight provides property intelligence using aerial imagery, visual condition reporting and, where agreed, an interactive Property Twin. The agreed scope determines what you receive. Sample reports, demonstrations and website illustrations show examples; they are not an assessment of your property or a promise of identical results.
Visual observations relate to the areas visible in the available imagery at the time of capture. Concealed defects, inaccessible areas and conditions outside that evidence may not be identified. A visual report or model does not, by itself, certify structural integrity, building compliance, roof watertightness, valuation or insurance eligibility. Where a qualified specialist’s inspection or advice is needed, obtain it before making safety-critical, repair, purchase or insurance decisions.
Measurements, scores, repair allowances and calculator outputs must be read with their stated assumptions and limitations. Illustrative models are not measured surveys. No website calculator guarantees savings, repair prices or an insurer’s decision.
3. Arranging a project
Please give accurate property and contact details and tell us about access restrictions, known hazards and the intended use of the work. Any permissions, access arrangements and responsibilities required for capture must be agreed before the visit. Drone operations depend on safe weather, site conditions, airspace restrictions and the operator’s legal and safety requirements. These can affect the timing or extent of capture.
If the proposed scope or timing needs to change, the resulting arrangements and any effect on price should be confirmed in writing. This page does not set a standard cancellation charge, deposit or rescheduling fee.
4. Quotations, payment and cancellation
The written quotation or service agreement sets out the work offered, price and applicable taxes, payment schedule, deliverables and service-specific cancellation arrangements. Ask us to clarify anything unclear before commissioning work. A website enquiry alone does not authorise a charge.
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights concerning services and distance contracts continue to apply, including any applicable cooling-off rights. Contact us promptly in writing if you wish to cancel. Where the law requires your express request or acknowledgement before work starts during a cancellation period, that must be dealt with separately; using this website is not that request or acknowledgement.
5. Reports, imagery and portal access
Use delivered reports and models for the purpose and within the scope agreed for your project. Keep the full report and its limitations together when sharing it with an authorised adviser or contractor. Do not alter findings or present extracts in a way that changes their meaning. Rights to reproduce, publish or reuse commissioned imagery and any portal access period should be specified in your service agreement.
Website text, graphics and sample materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view them and use a requested sample to evaluate our services. Other commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
6. Third-party services and introductions
The website may link to external websites or introduce independent operators or contractors. An introduction does not by itself guarantee that business’s work or create a contract with it. Check the identity, scope and terms of the business you are engaging. This does not exclude any responsibility AerSight has for work it has itself agreed to supply.
7. Responsible website use
Do not misuse the website or client portal, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material or interfere with its operation. Keep any portal credentials private and tell us if you believe they have been compromised. We may need to restrict access to address misuse or a security problem, subject to the rights and obligations in any existing service agreement.
8. Enquiries, email and SMS
Our forms let you ask for information and choose whether to receive certain messages. Promotional SMS consent is optional and separate from service-message consent. Where you opt in, message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected]. Delivery can depend on your mobile network. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information and communication preferences are handled.
9. Problems and legal rights
If something is wrong with the website or a service, contact us with enough information to identify the issue. We will consider the issue and the remedy required under the applicable agreement and law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit a consumer’s mandatory rights.
Irish law applies to these website terms, subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights you have as a consumer. An existing service agreement is not changed merely because this page is updated. The date above identifies this version.
