Is the Property Twin included?
Yes. Every AerSight survey includes an interactive Property Twin alongside the roof condition report and aerial imagery. The agreed site scope determines which areas can be captured and assessed.
What does the repairs tracker record?
It lets your team log reported maintenance and repairs against a roof area, including the date, status, work details and optional photos or documents. An entry does not confirm that work has been inspected by AerSight or alter the original survey findings. A later survey can consider the recorded history alongside new evidence.
Which properties are a good fit?
Commercial and managed buildings, apartment blocks, campuses, community and heritage properties, and large private houses or estates. Tell us about the site and the decision you need to make; we will confirm whether a drone survey is suitable.
Can the survey identify hidden roof defects?
No. It records visible conditions from the imagery captured within the agreed scope. Concealed construction, water paths and structural matters can require closer inspection by a suitably qualified professional.
Does the cost guide tell me the repair price?
No. Any repair cost scenario is an illustrative planning aid using stated assumptions or user-entered figures. Obtain contractor quotations for the actual work. Cost-guide features and scope are confirmed with your survey quotation.
Does AerSight carry out or arrange repairs?
No. AerSight provides the survey, report, Property Twin and repairs tracker. We do not carry out roof repairs or refer repair work to partners.
Can you survey in Ireland and the UK?
Yes, subject to the site, airspace, weather and flight planning. We confirm the practical survey scope and delivery arrangements when preparing your quote.
What will my survey cost, and when will I receive it?
Pricing and delivery are confirmed in a site-specific quotation. Share the country, address, building type, approximate roof size and any known concern so we can scope the work accurately.
